Code of Conduct.
Kola Gold has adopted a policy which provides general guidance on the conduct expected of directors, officers and employees of the Company. Amongst other matters this includes the prohibition from paying or accepting any bribe, kickback or other unlawful payment or benefit to secure any concession, contract or any other favourable treatment. Directors, officers and employees are required to report any such attempted actions.
