Objective.

Kola Gold's objective is to acquire gold exploration projects in the highly prospective gold belts of central and west Africa and use its exploration and development experience to generate substantial stakeholder value through greenfield discoveries.

Our Name.

Kola Gold derives its name from the kola nut which is the fruit of the kola tree, a genus of trees native to the tropical rainforests of Africa. The caffeine-containing fruit of the tree is sometimes used as a flavouring ingredient in beverages and is the origin of the term 'cola'.

Our Focus.

Initial focus on a diversified portfolio of gold projects, including over 1,772 square kilometres of the essentially unexplored Mayombe Gold Belt (Republic of Congo) and 889 square kilometres across the Gold Belts of west Africa.

Our Plan.

Bring together a first class exploration team with an unrivalled development and production team. Plan an exploration strategy to maximise opportunities, minimise risk and deliver robust projects for development at a scale dictated by any discovery.
