Tony Devlin
Chairman and Director

Tony has more than 30 years executive, operational and project management experience in Africa. A significant period in his career was with Anglo American PLC and De Beers where he was a member of the Zimbabwe board, CEO of Zimbabwe Alloys (Zimbabwe) and Managing Director of Williamson Diamonds (Tanzania). Tony was Managing Director of the Mantra Resources uranium project in Tanzania and more latterly COO and a Director at Asanko Gold in Ghana.

Dr Jon Forster
CEO and Director

Jon is an exploration geologist and has been involved in mineral projects in Africa since 1980. He has been working in the mineral sector since the 1990’s; firstly with SAMAX Gold Inc. (with successful projects in Tanzania and Ghana); then in AXMIN Inc. (with successes in the Central African Republic, Sierra Leone and Mali); and more recently with Bambuk Minerals Limited (with successful projects in Senegal and Guinea).

Nicholas Green

Nick has a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Oxford University (UK). He has worked on the Mantra Resources uranium project in Tanzania, the Asanko Gold project in Ghana and the Papillon Resources gold project in Mali.

Paul Quirk

Paul has had over 8 years operational experience in the Republic of Congo, having worked as Country Manager of MPD Congo SA (Zanaga Iron Ore Company) which listed on the AIM in 2010. He started his own logistics company in the Congo, Fortis Logistique.

Patrick Quirk
Non Executive Director

Patrick is a mining entrepreneur with over 40 years experience. He is the founder of Mimosa Platinum, creator of Lion Ore Mining International, as well as the key investor in Mantra Resources at its inception.

Craig Banfield
CFO and Secretary

Craig is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and has been involved in the administration, financing and financial control of both private and public mineral exploration companies since 1994, the majority of which has been with African focused groups. Craig graduated from the University of Lancaster (UK) in 1987 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991.

Siaka Koumare
Exploration Manager

Siaka is an exploration geologist with over 16 years of practical field experience in west Africa, with a particular focus on gold. Trained at the Irkutsk State Technical University (Russia). He holds a MSc in Geological Sciences. Siaka's practical exploration ability is complemented by a good knowledge of exploration software, planning, budgetary and management skills, and a fluency in the French, English and Russian languages.
